Zapegg Tax Consultant, a trusted name in tax and financial advisory services in the UAE, is hiring a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Executive, your main responsibility will be to handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring timely and accurate responses. You’ll also assist in scheduling appointments, following up on service requests, and maintaining client records in our CRM system. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and supporting internal teams with feedback and updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-first mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of business communication. Prior experience in a customer support or front-desk role is a plus, especially in finance, tax, or consulting firms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or front office roles.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
