Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support the finance and accounting team at our Dubai office. The role involves assisting with daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth financial workflows within a professional tax consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial and accounting activities
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
  • Update financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial information and approvals
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
  • Support audit processes and compliance requirements
  • Perform routine administrative and finance-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting or tax software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team
