Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT systems at our Dubai office. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily IT operations, timely technical support, and secure system performance within a professional tax consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus protection
- Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure
- Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support services
- Support accounting and tax software used within the organization
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
- Familiarity with servers, data backups, and cybersecurity practices
- Experience supporting accounting or ERP software is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
