This role is integral in driving client acquisition and fostering long-term partnerships to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of tax consultancy services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
- Stay up to date with tax regulations and industry trends to effectively address client concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in tax consultancy or financial services.
- Strong understanding of tax advisory services and the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
