Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is key to ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing support related to our tax consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and documentation requirements.

  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on client requests and resolve issues.

  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Assist in preparing service reports and maintaining performance logs.

  • Promote a positive company image and ensure consistent client satisfaction.

  • Support the sales and operations team with customer-related data and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a professional services firm.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
