Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and different departments.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence professionally.
- Organize, file, scan, and maintain company documents and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and business documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office databases and records.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and efficiently managed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
