Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the team with data entry, report preparation, and record-keeping.
- Greet visitors and handle front desk duties when required.

Requirements:
