Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Handling: Process cash, cheque, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update transaction records in the financial system.
- Customer Interaction: Assist clients with payment inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of cash registers and resolve discrepancies.
- Receipt Management: Issue receipts to clients and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Compliance: Adhere to company financial policies and regulatory standards during transactions.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports for management review.
- Support Functions: Assist the finance team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a cashier or in a similar financial role.
