Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring that all company records and client data are accurately maintained and organized, supporting our overall operations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Input, update, and maintain accurate client and financial data into internal databases and systems.

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any deficiencies.

Organize and file digital and paper documents in a secure and systematic manner.

Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency and completeness.

Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
