Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all company documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Implement and manage document control procedures, including version control and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage document flow between departments, clients, and external agencies.
- Perform regular audits to verify the integrity and security of stored documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, manuals, and other critical documentation.
- Support teams with document retrieval, formatting, and archiving.
- Utilize document management systems for efficient storage and retrieval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or records management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in tax consultancy or financial services is an advantage.
