We are currently looking for a meticulous and dependable Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ready to support our internal processes and ensure smooth documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of records.
- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible when needed.
- Control access to documents and ensure confidentiality where required.
- Prepare, update, and distribute documents such as reports, memos, and records.
- Coordinate with various departments to receive, review, and process documentation.
- Track document versions, revisions, and distribution in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in audits by providing relevant documentation as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and document management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and document control procedures.
