Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is crucial in handling administrative HR tasks, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Process payroll, leave applications, and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR managers in performance management and disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
