Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is crucial in handling administrative HR tasks, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll, leave applications, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR managers in performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
