Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR functions and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
