We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for managing human resources in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews

Maintain employee records, HR documents, and databases

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
-
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations

Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documentation

Coordinate training and development activities
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role in the UAE
-
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consultancy, accounting, or corporate firms in Dubai
