The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with a wide range of human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and training. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development. The HR Executive will work closely with department heads and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a supportive work environment that aligns with Zapegg Tax Consultant’s values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Prepare and manage employee onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and necessary training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the performance management process, including coordinating performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll administration.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports, such as turnover, headcount, and training metrics.
- Help resolve employee relations issues by supporting conflict resolution and promoting a positive work culture.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and other events.
- Handle other HR-related administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior HR staff or management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (experience with HRIS systems is a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
