Zapegg Tax Consultant, a fast-growing financial and tax advisory firm based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building efficient HR systems and fostering a positive workplace culture within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation and databases.
- Oversee payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other compliance matters.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial or consulting sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
