We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai office. This role is pivotal in building a positive and productive workplace, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Supervise the performance management process, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster a collaborative culture.
