We are looking for an HR Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function.


– Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents.

– Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.

– Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

– Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

– Communicate with public services when necessary.

– Work on government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mowaamah, etc.

– Work on employee contracts.

Requirements and Skills:

– Experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.

– Excellent knowledge of labor laws.

– Excellent organizational skills.

– Strong communication skills.

– Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
