We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering top-tier technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
- Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure uninterrupted performance.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and system upgrades.
- Ensure data backups and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage equipment provisioning.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with common office software, remote support tools, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks efficiently.
