Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and well-organized Logistics Executive to support our operational and administrative logistics in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage document movement, coordinate courier services, and ensure smooth logistics processes within a structured consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the dispatch and collection of important documents between clients, government offices, and company departments.
- Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery of confidential files.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Track deliveries and follow up to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments for logistics and document handling needs.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement coordination.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain tracking systems.
- Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Support administrative operations when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with courier management and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
