Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in overseeing the daily administrative functions and supporting our office staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the Dubai office operations and coordinate with the assistant at the headquarters to meet the needs of permanent and temporary personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain schedules for Department Managers and section heads by managing agendas and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business events.
  • Meeting Organization: Actively contribute to organizing meetings and conferences, managing the occupancy of meeting rooms, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate Degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, and reading) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial duties.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows XP and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in IT: Curiosity and interest in IT tools and technology.
