Zapegg Tax Consultant is a leading provider of tax consulting services in Dubai, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, and supporting the overall logistics functions to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Stock Organization: Organize and arrange warehouse materials to optimize space and accessibility while ensuring safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update inventory records, including tracking deliveries and shipments.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders for supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments or clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
